Swedish Massage

Swedish Massages are recommended for those are new to massages or like a softer touch. This massage uses firm but gentle pressure to relax the muscles and decrease sore muscles. Swedish Massages help open blood vessels to increase blood flow and also promotes the release of tension from muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massages are recommended for people who have chronic back pain and stiff muscles. This massage focuses on adjusting and realigning deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissues. Deep Tissue massages generally are more intense then Swedish Massages, but should not hurt.

Sports Massage

Sports massages are recommended for athletes who train continuously. The goal of this massage is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an injury. This massage utilizes a variety of techniques such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point therapy, and deep tissue massage. Sports Massages help athletes loosen and prepare the muscles to enhance performance and endurance.

Energy Healing (Qigong)

Energy healing also known as Qigong has the potential to improve every aspect of our being from fighting addictions, healing trauma, balancing emotions and spirit. Energy is the subtle electricity which circulates in our environment as well as in our body. In this massage the therapist directs this electricity using their own physical body, applying treatment on to the client to unblock energy, stagnations on the skin, muscles, blood vessels, energy meridians and even cells.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massages are for expecting mothers that have back or body pain brought on by pregnancy. This massage uses gentle pressure to help relieve muscle aches and tightness. Prenatal massages uses special pillows to support expecting mothers, while laying on their sides rather then the usual face up or down position.


Acupressure is a form of touch therapy that utilizes the principles of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. In acupressure, the same points on the body are used as in acupuncture, but are stimulated with finger pressure instead of with the insertion of needles. Acupressure is used to help relieve tension, increase circulation and reduces body pain and tension.
